Note: International shipping outside East Africa is not available at this time.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Nairobi: From KES 250
- Other Kenyan towns: From KES 350–600 depending on location

❗ Missed Deliveries & Reattempts
If a delivery attempt fails:
- Our courier will contact you to reschedule
- A second attempt will be made within 48 hours
- After two failed attempts, the item will be returned to Lucky Stores and you’ll be contacted for further instructions
